By accessing or using Zufanshop (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including shop owners, managers, and staff members granted access by an authorized administrator.

Zufanshop is an inventory management platform designed to help businesses track stock levels, manage sales, generate reports, and monitor product performance across multiple branches. The Service is provided as a software-as-a-service (SaaS) solution accessed via web browser.

• Access to Zufanshop is granted by a shop administrator or system owner.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must notify your administrator immediately upon any unauthorized use of your account.
• Users must only access data and features permitted by their assigned role.
• Each user account is personal and must not be shared with others.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service or related systems.
• Introduce malicious code, viruses, or any harmful software into the system.
• Use automated tools to extract or scrape data from the Service without authorization.
• Impersonate another user or person, or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

All inventory data, sales records, and business information you enter into Zufanshop remain the property of your organization. Zufanshop does not claim ownership over your business data. You retain full ownership and are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data you input.

The Zufanshop platform, including its design, codebase, branding, and features, is the intellectual property of its developers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your internal business operations. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues may result in temporary downtime. We will attempt to provide advance notice of planned maintenance where possible.

Zufanshop is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to data loss, business interruption, or loss of profits.

Your access to the Service may be suspended or terminated by your administrator at any time. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which your business operates. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts.
